Often referred to as ‘Park Yoo Chun’s brother,’ Park Yoo Hwan shared that the title is not a ‘burden’ but a ‘crown’ to him.

Recently having interview with enews after starring in tvN’s I Need a Romance 3, Park Yoo Hwan said, “Hyung (Park Yoo Chun) always monitors my acting. Instead of pointing out things in my acting, he just shares how he felt after watching it.”

“I couldn’t see him for about three weeks because he was filming a movie and a drama at the same time, but one day he opened the door to my room and commented, ‘I really liked that scene.’ I was so thankful that he tried to take care of me amidst his busy schedule. I actually didn’t like that scene, but it comforted me to hear that from him,” said the actor.

Park Yoo Hwan also commented on his brother’s recent transformation shown in SBS’s Three Days.

“He was so cool,” he said, with his eyes shining. “Even though he doesn’t have many lines, I really like the feeling that he expresses through his eyes. It was as if he was talking to people with his eyes. At home he’s just my brother, but on screen, he’s really an actor.”

About the title of ‘Park Yoo Chun’s brother’ that tags along his name, Park Yoo Hwan said, “I’m really thankful for the title. It’s true that I am his brother and that I receive a lot of help from him, so there is no reason for me to dislike the title.”

Wrapping up the interview, he expressed his love and respect toward his brother by saying, “I think I try to work harder to not disgrace his name. I don’t want to get rid of the title of ‘Park Yoo Chun’s brother.’ I want to hear ‘He’s good because he is Park Yoo Chun’s brother.’”
